In a turn for the weirdly morbid go to this site:

And look under the disaster for "White mountain tunnel". You should see that 39 people died when a truck delivering margirine caught on fire and killed the people in the tunnel. Talk about margirine not being good for your health. It must be real because all the other disasters listed are real for example Exxon Valdez and Chernobyl. Well if there is a lesson to be learned today then it has to be not to mix jam and margirine together... Um, yeah... (Get it a traffic JAM caused the cars to be stuck and margirine caused the fire... um well... yeah)

Thanks for the consolation, Albert, but I dunno if it worked, my brother and I split the cooking duties quite nicely most of the time. My household's a little strange that way. We all take care of some part of dinner, whether it's cooking, cleaning or whatever, but when it comes to things like big extended family events, all bets are off. Gender roles reign supreme and the men can sit and drink while dinner's being made... maybe carve the meat... and then sit and drink after dinner's all done. It's bullshit. And they're just perpetuating it. Who starts conditioning their grandchildren before they can even walk? It's fucked up I tell you. Mind you, he's ukrainian (and not actually related to me), and perhaps he still holds all those old beliefs strongly, ugh. My dad on the otherhand, he started off as a progressive individual... even threw his dean out of university (physically)... but he's becoming a more right wing, bigoted, white man with every day that passes. I'm actually getting to the point where I am embarassed sometimes. And if he were to know some of the things I've done, or some of the people I know... he'd blow a gasket. It actually is a good thing I'm not a dyke, because he'd probably evict me. fucking pink dress... it's all part of the opression! :p

more bitterness... I know... I think I just don't want to work, and everything's come to a head now, so why not vent some of it?

I'm not sure I get it... and his web cam updates itself... and I have no idea how to find that photo, or the context therein

    can you explain?

44 hours until the airplane... and still no presentation... shit!

If it is any consolation Alison I actually do most of the cleaning and cooking in my house when my mom and dad are gone. My sister is busy with a job, my brother is lazy... therefore it is a job for me to do. Oh Well what am I going to do about it?
