I'm soooo getting a Mace Windu lightsaber.

Aw hell... it would actually be pretty sweet to have all of them and hang them on the wall over my R2D2 cooler.

A POPE HOMECOMING: Pope Benedict XVI arrived Thursday in his native Germany to cheers from youthful pilgrims on his first foreign trip as pontiff, a journey that will emphasize outreach to Jews and Muslims and evangelizing a Europe that has drifted from its Christian heritage.

so... we're now going to try to convert those of the two faiths closest to us, instead of trying to cultivate friendships and peace with them. Gee, that will go over super well, don't you think? haven't they learned anything from, um, for example: Palestine-Israel conflicts, or perhaps closer to home: Bosnia-Serbia issues? aren't most of our problems religion-based? maybe that's the problem. or maybe I'm still not thinking all that well. or maybe I've been reading too much about the social constructs of religion à la Daniel Quinn and Derrick Jensen. Interesting stuff, if you're into that sort of thing.

uh, I don't know how I feel about this: 47/85 apparently that makes me an empath. compared to other people in my gender, I scored higher than 99% on the emotional side and 0% on the scientific side. um...?? perhaps being sick has altered my logic... or perhaps being here has made me a little more human-intuitive. or perhaps I've always been scientifically dense like this. or perhaps, really, I shouldn't read too much into a test that makes you draw conclusions from photos and random statements, though as an afterthought, there probably were a whole lot more people on Earth than I said there were.

mmm... sleep... I can't believe how tired I am, and I slept off and on all day. I hate being sick. So... for everyone here: don't work in pouring rain and single digit temperatures, it's not a recipe for good health. And, now that the weather's nice, I'm totally debilitated and staying indoors.

Hey, I have yet to make a decision on the pig-headed, idiotic, self-centred, crybaby notion of separation, let alone its ridiculous, inexplicably-big-dipper-ish flag, and I resent any insinuation to the contrary!

It's quiz time!!

2-variable intuition test

(For the curious, I'm 62/62.)
