Hey Eric- I hung out with Sandy last night!!! She got back in town about 2 weeks ago (remember she was in Europe for a year?). She was at the LDF show to see her sister's band play (the Gun Bunnies). Apparently she's not diggin being back in Edmonton... she says it's boring here. heh heh

Did you think after reading that sentence that I was NOT going to re-iterate what AD said? After reading his post I found the subject fascinating and I decided to do some research and find out more specific details about what happened. Then, I decided that I'd share what I found out to anyone else who cared... in order to save them some time looking it up for themselves. And just in case someone DIDN'T care (which I fully expected), I FUCKING STATED IN THE FIRST SENTENCE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GONNA FUCKIN TALK ABOUT FOR THE REST OF THE POST. If you so chose to read the rest of my post knowing full-well what I was going to say... then whether you like it or not, you have only your own foolishness to blame.

Beck... lovely counterfeit post... it's a shame more drinking problems don't evidence themselves in longing for people of the same sex... mind you... what would that mean for all the LGBTT people? What a load of misrepresentation that would lead to... and aims to detox them in hopes of turning them straight by "concerned" family and friends. More like ashamed, non-understanding family and friends... it's funny. I have a friend who's queer, and her parents don't believe her. They don't think that she's actually queer, just that she's trying to fit in with her friends. Would you come out to your parents and family if you actually weren't... just so you could fit in with your friends?
