- to clarify for tony and eric:
up until about mid august limblifter was supposed to play with sloan. however, they backed out at the last minute, for ressons known to me.
However I do know it was so last minute that most of the printed tickets already have limblifter listed on the bill, which is probably where most confusion was created.

- hey Tony, i've been scanning the Limblifter tour dates and it looks like they're playing here on WED OCT 13 at Red’s- but no word of them tommorow night with Sloan. yeah, i can't remember where i read that they were on the bill but i remember it very clearly that they were supposed to play. *shrug

- Aw fuck Limblifter... tomorrow at the SLOAN show my buddy Blake is playing with the Mark Birtles Project who are every bit as good as SLOAN... except Sloan's been around for like a hundred more years and I have like 9 of their CDs and shit... but whatevs- it's all the same. Don't you fuckers DARE miss the Mark Birtles Project tomorrow! None of this coming late JUST to see Sloan bullshit. I'll slit your throats in your sleep if I find out about that... um... sorry. I think there's something I'm doing on the 9th that doesn't involve cheerleaders and female wrestling... or at least not in front of scads of people I don't know... ;) like maybe something to do with WOW and SLOAN!!! or maybe not... but SLOAN!!!
well, now I've fulfilled my SU hack duties for the next while... you can all rest assured I won't post things of this nature for at least another day... :) except perhaps to ask about who all is going to the sleeping bag drive-in. It's such a kickass event, I can't see why anyone wouldn't... we should get a posse together ... have some worm fights... you know, usual sleeping bag sort-of stuff.
