So I've been trying to find out the identity of the polaroidscene.com guy, and I noticed a poster in the background of one of the photos that said "DJ Steve Aoki", and I also noticed that one of the galleries was of a birthday for some guy named Steve. Looking into the gallery I noticed that this steve guy is a DJ. So I put 2-and-2 together and googled DJ Steve Aoki. Apparently Steve is in Japan along with the polaroidscene.com dude... but here's the interesting thing:

So, it occures to me that perhaps it's time to actually plan something in regards to my birthday. Seeing as how it's next monday and all. Due to scheduling conflicts however, the only time I really have is saturday. Unless we all want to wait until like next year or something. But let's face it, waiting that long to do something so glorious just isn't right. It's me we're talking about after all. I know a few people still have exams on monday, but the bulk of us should be done by then. So what I'm saying is that we need an excuse to get everyone together at least once before christmas all in the name of celebrating a few weeks of freedom. While I'd like some incredibly fancy dinner, I understand that most of us don't have a lot of money floating around right now seeing as how we just spent it all on our obligate relations. So I say we just do the usual and pop by the bp's on calgary south around 8ish on sat. night. As for after that, there can be a bunch of people over to my place, though it's probably not big enough for the entire crowd. And since I'm not big on the bars, let me know if you have a better way of getting me shitfaced/ripped/hammered/sloshed or just plain old drunk. But as it stands this is the plan. I just hope that most of you havn't yet made plans then as I do have a tendancy not to tell anyone about these things until it's a little late. Be greatful, I'm actually surprisingly on the ball this year. So, anyway, bp's 8ish, my place for whatev's. Sounds like a plan to me.

Hey, apparently Fat Dave's wife Andrea (they own that store called Ruckus on Whyte Ave) does the vox on their song NAG. And I think Kim (Delilah) does the voice of the telephone operator on the song I Got Fucked By Liberty Mutual. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's her. I'll ask her next time I see her.
