Is another place I would go looking for torrents. I used to use www.bitoogle.com ... but hey, even google is still a search engine. We should keep a list of sites that keep lists of torrents. I've been downloading Kenshin from places like AnimeHQ and stuff.

Hey Par, why don't you just host torrents? You don't live in the States or Europe and you have a website. I mean really, how hard could it be?... How many thousands of torrent files could there be out there? It's not like you'd have to quit your job and spend hours managing a site like that or anything.

Seriously though, I've been saving as many *.torrent files as I can, so even if the site's gone, I can still find all those TV shows I know and love, until the next best thing comes along.

Beck, sorry I forgot about Friday, I guess that makes us 1:1 now. Hopefully I'll see you sometime soon.

Finally, Tony and all others who love the Perry Bible Fellowship, have you ever been to their main page? It's frikkin awesome! There's more comics on that site than City Paper has to offer, not to mention some videos too.
Check it out!

what to do... hang out with friends at likely smoky and noisy bar, or go home and sleep because I'm just that exhausted? how did I get that exhausted? no effing clue. i've been typing up stuff all day, and I think my eyes quit first, followed by the rest of my body as I've done nothing but sit and type all day.

oh, that is minus dropping off my final paper and finding out that my prof didn't show for the final exam (tough to write a test if the prof (and test) aren't there...)

it's a bit of a walk just to stop in and make the obligatory hellos and goodbyes... methinks maybe I won't go. but perhaps I'll solicit some advice from other people first...

C'mon Par just answer the question. If you say yes I'll just say: David Bowie wants his alter-ego back, and if you say no then I'll say nothing. But really who the hell is Duke? Ray's sister? So it is someone we know really well? Or only Eric and Tay know him and I'm totaly out of the loop. Here is another question: Who wants to see gratuitous mecha specs and picture? Well too bad you're going to have to wait a few more weeks.

Lucille: I was almost attacked last night. In my own home! I walk in and there's a coloured man in my kitchen!
Michael: [disgusted by his mother's use of the word] Coloured? What colour was he exactly?
Lucille: Blue!

Haha! Brilliant.

(It's not done yet...)

I refuse to answer your hypothetical, Albert, on the grounds that, quite frankly, it's stupid. (In the same sort of way that I refused to answer Beck's pointed "Do you do Christmas" question.)

Suprnova is down. LokiTorrent is a possible other source, but it requires registration.

On a related note, Tycho on the filesharing debate:

There are conversations to be had about the morality of file sharing, but until those stern words are able to project a "morality field" that causes those in their radius to behave honorably such dialogues fall into the "adorable but irrelevant" category.

The rest of his thoughts are good, but I thought this was characteristically insightful, pointed, and humourous.
