Hmm... try a gray instead of a grey.
Or even use the colors from the current page.
I can't figure out what the point of this website is... www.nexopia.com
According to Global news... it's either an online pedophile shopping center... or a way of whoring yourself out online. I'd say both.

Learn About a Rewarding Career in the Non-Profit Industry
This Thursday, professionals from the non-for-profit industry will share their experiences with students. Guest speakers are from:
- The Mennonite Centre for Newcomers
- The Canadian Red Cross
- The Alberta Cerebral Palsy Sports Association
- Alberta Community Development
- Big Brothers and Big Sisters
Thursday, March 3
5:00 - 7:00 pm
Room: CAB 239
$6 in advance, $10 at the door
This is your opportunity to learn about this unique sector of the labour market. Speakers will provide an overview of career opportunities within the sector. Often, the speakers are involved in the hiring process at the organization for which they work, so career forums also offer an excellent opportunity for you to network. Both students and speakers have told CaPS about students who have found jobs - summer and permanent - as a result of a contact that they made at a CaPS career forum.

I'm not sure, edo. I think it seems kind of ... I don't know how to describe it. You can give it a taste if you want, though. It's not complete, only the main page has the different colours.
I apologize, my testing capacity is limited. It would be nice for it to look the same in all rendering agents, but it's difficult to do. Hopefully soon, though.

Still don't like the yellow. I think a silver or grey would be better.

mock me all you want, I'm still not keen on the colours. beige? blech.
aren't the messages supposed to be entirely outlined in a blue line? only the left side of them are on my compy... but then again, my computer isn't exactly the target market...
as for your quick questions, you're wondering if you should use among/amongst with respect to what exactly? like "the oranges were randomly located among/st mounds of apples." and for your toward/s example, why don't you just use "to" like "riding a bicycle with an eye to getting fit" it's easy, and reduces your word quandary... otherwise, I'd use "toward"
dictionary.com seems to thing that among/amongst are interchangeable (and I would tend to agree... if you feel like being antiquated, use amongst, but otherwise among should suffice):
a·mong (-mng) also a·mongst (-mngst)
prep.
- In the midst of; surrounded by: a pine tree among cedars.
- In the group, number, or class of: She is among the wealthy.
- In the company of; in association with: traveling among a group of tourists.
- By many or the entire number of; with many: a custom popular among the Greeks.
- By the joint action of: Among us, we will finish the job.
- With portions to each of: Distribute this among you.
- Each with the other: Don't fight among yourselves

Quick questions:
I've shown this to a few people (maybe more than a few), but I'd like a general consensus now. It's not completely done yet (I've added some little tidbits, such as reversing message order, that I have to provide functionality for, and it apparently has trouble expanding the board to accommodate face's massive pictures), but here's a preview of a new and (hopefully) improved board.
I've run into minor quandries with it rendering in IE and such. The major issue seems to have been that it looks very different on an LCD screen (my development machine) than it does on a regular CRT (ie. what everyone else uses). As such, there were some *cough, cough* issues *cough, cough* with the colours. Hopefully this is a little cleaner, although now it looks a little blanched on my screen.
Comments? Suggestions? You're the ones using it. I've said this many times, it's your (the collective your, of course) board. I'm not switching over to it just yet, there is more to do, although all the tabs do work. I like it enough to use it and if enough of you do, too, I can switch it over this week.

Well, that's one done. I'm thinking I might just take the 10% penalty on the other - I spent all last night not sleeping on a plane, so I'm feeling a little stupid right now.
