Well, Jess, if you're sure it will actually take you forever, there's a tedious solution to your problem that will take a finite amount of time. And, since finite time, no matter how long, is less than forever, you'll finish sooner.
And such is the logic of math, as well as algorithm design. (The fine people who brought you the "2+2=5 for large values of 2" proof.)
And if that doesn't hurt the mind, how about these?
- Q: What is the difference between a duck?
A: One leg is both the same. - Q: How many elephants can you fit in a VW Bug?
A: Four. Two in the front, two in the back.
Q: How can you tell if an elephant is in your refrigerator?
A: There's a footprint in the mayo.
Q: How can you tell if two elephants are in your refrigerator?
A: There's two footprints in the mayo.
Q: How can you tell if three elephants are in your refrigerator?
A: The door won't shut.
Q: How can you tell if four elephants are in your refrigerator?
A: There's a VW Bug in your driveway.

in a far less downer note (sorry to hear that Jess - good luck), they're doing logger sports outside! This is so AWESOME!!! There are days, and then there are days... and this is one of those days where EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! We got our funding from MEC, people are borrowing our library bikes, and they're doing timber sports outside. I love it! Chainsaws, axe throwing, and burling haha! so freakin' cool. man, did I pick the right faculty or what!

This is brutal. I'm trying to write a paper based on these three novels, all of which are written in a sort of stream-of-consciousness, non-chronological style. So I'll remember this one moment and then I'll have to flip through the entire novel to look for that one paragraph in a series of one-paragraph non-linear scenes. It may actually take me forever.

I think I posted Bloodninja awhile back. No matter how many times I run into it, it's always funny.
"Aight, I put on my robe and wizard hat."

Like I said before, if it wasn't the F-22 raptor then it couldn't of shot down Airforce one. It probally was the normal 747 airforce one. If it was the NCAP Airforce one then it would of been nearly impossible to shoot down. It is a upgraded command center airforce one (only used in times when defcon 5 is invoked) which is usually escorted by a wing of F-22s. It also has sophistacated countermeasures againt air-to-air missiles. Interestingly enough air-to-air missiles only track by laser designation, heat signature of engines, or "painted" by a radar beam. All stealth aircrafts except for the F-22 are not capable of firing ait-to-air missiles. I keep on hammering this point home because the lack of realness form a television show is disheartening. Well it was entertaining I suppose, if not base on real world military technology.

Albert, I have no idea what NCAP means. But, to spoil the plot for anyone who was watching 24 but, to this point, hasn't watched this week's episode, it was (as far as I know) the Air Force One 747 that was shot down. Also, the plane that was stolen to shoot it down was a stealth aircraft, and it didn't look like a stealth bomber.

That F-117 thing was for 24. Par was it Air force one that got shot down, or was it the NCAP Air force one that got shot down? One more thing F-117 are classified as strike fighters. This means they are used to strike at ground targets. The fighter designation is for the manuverability and size. Interesting point, a F/A-18 Hornet can lift about 2.5 times what a F-117 can lift. That is 2500 pounds of bombs for a F-117 and 7000 pounds of variable stores for a Hornet. A hornet can also attack air or ground targets equally without any difficulty. Man those americans like to waste money on high-tech toys that can only do one thing, and not very well either.
