You know, it's really hard to test this delete thing with all the chatter going on...
The links are small because I thought that side thing was taking up to much space. I didn't realize that my 'minimum font size' option in firefox was making them too small, though. (Does that mean I've bothered to change it yet? hells no.)

TOPIC: for musicheads/and lovers of buzz band the ARCADE FIRE
oh yeah. this is sorta two weeks old now, but i was in Chapters and i was thumbing through a magazine called "Kitchen Sink" (for people who think too much? =pretencious) anyways, they had a pretty good article about POST ROCK. check it out. asides from mentioning the obvious, namely Godspeed / Tortoise , it also pointed out a TALK TALK (or was it Talking Heads?) record that was highly influencial and possibly the precursor record to the whole Post Rock scene.

An illustration appears in issue 9 of Kitchen Sink magazine done for an article comparing Canada's post-rock bands with those of Chicago in the 90s. It's on newsstands now. See the art in the illustration section.
