yeah... they did a 24-hour comic night at that new comic place about 2 months ago. The reason I remember that is because I didn't hear anything about it until the next day when this dude was like "man, you TOTALLY should've come! Where were you!?" And I'm like "doubleyooteehef are you talking about?!!". I fuckin missed it by like 10 hours. I was pissed.

When describing this book to a few people (and, by the way, if you want to borrow it, lemme know), I may have mentioned a McSweeney's piece about a choose-your-own-adventure about an awkward visit to a girlfriend's parents' place for a holiday. I've mentioned this a couple of times, though I don't remember exactly to whom. In any case, I wasn't entirely correct. It's not a choose-your-own-adventure. It's a Text-based Computer Game. And I think it's even better this way.

In case anyone is in need of some household items, ie dressers, end tables, lamps, toasters. we are having a garage sale friday all day and saturday all day. So come and check it out. Or if you are bored on saturday, i'll be sititng in my garage, so feel free to come and keep me company.

Nevermind, the box seems to have returned to a larger size now. I'm using firefox 1.0.4 though.

Oh, and we have a satellite image of Twin Lakes now. It's small, but it's my favorite lake.

That's the same size as I got that first time. Then it changes to a normal size on a refresh. It still happens occasionally but I can't find a commonality between those occurances.
