Maybe I get stuck in one issue too easily:
"US politicians have stepped into the storm over secret sex scenes in the best-selling Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas game. From the article:
The House of Representatives has overwhelmingly called for investigation into the companies behind the game."
"It appears that the publisher has blatantly circumvented the rules in order to peddle sexually explicit material to our youth, and they should be held accountable. A company cannot be allowed to profit from deceit."
-- Congressman Fred Upton
Oh, let us be thankful for grandstanding, noble, and pious politicians! Where would we be without them?! Heaven be praised that they are protecting our children from going onto the internet, downloading a patch, and going through hours of violent gameplay before being able to view low quality computer animations of sex. To think of the smut peddling in video games!! (Never mind what others have already said better than I could about the ridiculous ratings changes.)
Is there an easier way to communicate the absurdity of this to a generation that does not understand video games? Please let me know if there is. I mean, I'm not one to defend Rockstar (they're pretty sleazy to begin with) but if your kid is going to the internet to get a patch to see polygonal nudity in a video game that requires hours of work to get to, maybe you have bigger problems than the content of the video game.

I just found out that this is a long weekend coming up. So we are once again heading out to Twin Lakes. Same thing as before, only hopefully more people.

So, I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but there has been a Family Guy Movie announced. It's a straight to DVD movie, so that they could have an uncensored audio track, which means they say "fuck" more than they can on TV.
How do I know this, well, because it also happens that a few people out there have already found a screening copy of the movie, and have posted it on mininova. I've already downloaded it, and started watching it last night. Let me tell you, it's pretty awesome, there are lots of golden moments, like this one:

My friend has one of those R2D2 coolers in his garage. He used him to serve drinks last time he took the ol' sail-barge for a desert cruise.
