and... in other news... I'm feeling a little sketchy about some of my travel plans now... what with all the forest fires and flooding... Only a week and a bit to go! (I depart at the super fabulous hour of 6am on Sunday the 25th for those who were curious.

Oh! so after my comment about the 'mainstream' media not picking up on the Kanye West story, guess where I saw something on it... CNN! not regular CNN news, of course, but their hollywood/celebrity/entertainment news half hour... they even had a poll to find out if black and white people felt the same about how they think George Bush feels about black people... they didn't.

Glad the car is back in working order... so are you up for a dive trip sometime? I'll come pick up my stuff sometime this week.
