Attention all sledders and various people who just like to go hurtling down icy slopes:

As you may (not) remember, last year I had a plan to see who wanted to make the trip down to Canada Olympic Park for a day of luge-centred fun, and there was some interest. Unfortunately, they were booked solid real early in the season and the plan was delayed until next year.

Fast forward to the present. Now that winter is fast approaching, I think it's time to bring this one back. Right now, there are still plenty of time slots available. The cost is still $49 per person for rental, training and five runs on the main track.

So then, who's interested?

Par, Jess, Pam... Did you eat a real cantaloupe in europe? Not one of 8 hybrid musk melons we sell over here as cantaloupe?

Thought of the day:

Having 2 older brothers is just a reminder you are closer to the bottom then the top.

I'm now up to a 1/7 success rate.
Thank Todd for Mercury Mike.

Well, I got about a 1/3 success rate. A few people answered water which, though incorrect, is at least more plausible than the 19-out-of-25-Harvard-graduate answer.

Hey Par, as far as the tree mass question goes...

Gary, Simon, and Danny got it wrong, Jere refused to answer, and Mercury Mike got it right.

speaking of which, Paras i believe you still owe me twenny fi samoleans for the Arcade Fire.
also to persons whom arguably may never read this board, you also owe me fifteen bones for the Wolfnote kickoff tour show. that is all.
