Only notepad? Scandalous. But Abiword seems to be a great light-weight choice for a processor. I like how it loads faster than MS and OpenOffice though.

okay, I'm gonna get serious about this essay now.

In fact, I'm so serious that I'm finally downloading an actual WORD PROCESSOR onto my computer for the first time in the last 5 years of my university career! That's fuckin serious.

Yeah, all the essays I ever wrote for university were done in notepad. hahaha. This time I'm gonna use ABIWORD. It's basically a Microsoft Word clone... except it's cross-platform, open-source, freeware!

But the best part about abiword is that you can download a spellchecker for ESPERANTO!!! Fuckyea!

Speaking of mp3s... I'm in the process of acquiring the new Alice in Videoland album. Should be good.

Also: anyone have/heard of Silent Film Sound Track? I can't fuckin find ANY of their shit... and it's killin me. They remind me a bit of Murder By Death which is totally one of my favourite bands. I gotta get their stuff pronto.

yeah, I've gotta get the Hot Chip full length and the DFA remix album. The 7-inch I got is absolutely killer.

BTW- "in the air tonight" has always and will always be a great song.
