They probably saw Pisani get a sweet contract and said wtf.
I wouldn't worry about the Oilers, things should be nice an' entertaining next year.

from what I understand, it just means they're going to try and get a better value for their play... they have until the beginning of august to work things out with Lowe and if that doesn't happen, they then go to arbitration. (sort-of a fair value for players of their skill level across the league). If arbitration doesn't work, they become free agents... or something like that. I don't know if it's good or bad, but it usually leads to only one year contracts, and we need to sign those guys for more than a single year.

It may then interest you to know that Horcoff, Stoll, and Hemsky have all filed for arbitration. Does this bode well for us?

aww... bye Georges... I hope Phoenix is good to you... Edmonton apparently doesn't deserve you... or something...
And what are we supposed to do now? no Spacek... we've got to get Tarnstrom... or some blueliner or we're toast. you hear me? toast! Who cares what our offence is like, if the back end is like a sieve, it's not going to matter (even with Roli and the successful Jussi) this offseason tracker makes things a little more clear... I suppose. aww Geroges...
though... we need to sign Horcoff and Stoll too, NOW! or i really will be sad.

I remember coming across those posters awhile back. There was one that looked almost like a comic book for some film called "Fatal Beauty". I wish we could see more posters like these around here.
Meanwhile, on another tangent:
France 1-0 Portugal
As for the final, I think it may go a little like this:
SCORPIO: Oh by the way, Homer, which country should I blow up: Italy or France?
HOMER: Um...France.
SCORPIO: Hehe, nobody ever picks Italy.
