"what's-her-tits?" Dammit, I was just telling some guy at work today that people should say "what's-her-nuts" more often. I think what's-her-nuts is better kuz it funnier and it rhymes. But hey... who am I to start trends? I'm not as all-important as some right-wing punk that's for sure.

And yes... Tom, could you imagine the explosive fury of a female cumshot a la 100X MAGNIFICATION!?!! You could literally see the crabs drowning!!!

Ali, that movie Elephant is old news... they were playing it at the Garneau like a year ago. Fuck, get with the times. Everybody already knows it's supposed to be good. Shit, it's so old we may as well call it a 'classic' now too!

haha, j/k man. I do really wanna see that movie. But seriously, it really did play at the Garneau a long time ago. I wanted to see it then (when it first came out), but I never did get the chance. Another movie on my list of must-sees at the moment is Lost In Translation. Shit, I'm getting so far behind in my viewing. It's pathetic.

    Hello Ed,

The Old Strathcona Business Association and the OS Foundation have the plans
for the building in our respective offices. The building was vetted several
times by the major community stakeholders and the heritage planners at the
City. The building meets all the requirements of the Strathcona Area
Redevelopment Plan (1999) and is being built to last for a long time. The
construction materials are steel framing with masonry and precast finishes.
The style is designed to fit the heritage character of the 1910-12 pioneer
era which is 5 to 12 years newer than the buildings that burned but meets
the style and height of the buildings further east and across the street.
There is one level of underground parking and the third floor is a partial
wrap that takes up about 1/3 of the footprint. As for uses, the only two
uses we have confirmed at this time are Chilis (at the back of the building
bordering the alleyway on 104 St.) and the coffee store on the corner. There
are seven spaces on the main level so we have no news of confirmed tenants
in the five other spaces. One of them is rumored to be a spa. The second and
third levels are not confirmed. The person who would know, of course, is
John Day, the owner of the project. Hope this helps.

    Shirley Lowe
    Executive Director
    Old Strathcona Business Assoc.

    this is Raffi
I have a record of him from when I was a little one, if ever you want to hear more...
he looked much younger then, of course,
and his sidekick (whom I never understood where he fit in) was wearing the ever stylish white afro.
