    boo

Lucas should be punished for marring perfect movies like those first three...

"Christensen now appears as the blue-tinged ghost of Anakin in three brief scenes totalling just 10 seconds during the celebrations at the end of the movie.

Christensen never speaks. With a big smile and longer, fuller hair than he had in Episode II, he is seen standing beside Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda. The vision is apparent only to Luke Skywalker as the Ewoks' victory party rages in the background on the Forest Moon of Endor.

In the original 1983 theatrical version of Jedi, as well as in Lucas' 1997 digitally revised edition, actor Sebastian Shaw played Anakin in the ghost scene. He has been digitially removed, and replaced by Christensen, who looks older than he did in Episode II but much younger than Shaw. That apparent lack of logic -- Christensen looks like Luke's brother, not his father -- is ignored in the movie. Luke still smiles warmly, as if he knows who the third ghost really is.

Meanwhile, Shaw, in severe makeup that has been digitally enhanced for the new DVDs, still shows up in the famous unmasking sequence in which Luke pulls Darth Vader's helmet off before he apologizes to Luke and then dies.

On the feature-length commentary for the film, Lucas tries to explain why Christensen appears as the younger Anakin, without actually mentioning the actor's name or detailing how it was done (face replacement is now a simple process in the age of digital computer effects).

"As we get to the end of the movie, as he joins the force, he is able to retain his original identity," Lucas says of Christensen's character. And the character's "original identity" is not as Darth Vader, Lucas says, "but it was his identity as he was -- when he died as Anakin Skywalker." That sequence is expected to be shown in full in Episode III.

boo! this is not acceptable! He should not be destroying the integrity of the old movies. It was enough that he added that scene where Han talks to Jabba the Hut... that they didn't have the technology to film at the time that the original movies were released... this is just so unacceptable!

I would be greatful if someone could explain this to me. yesterday I wanted to kick a soccer ball around in the middle of the pavilion. since there was nobody else around I was just going to play by my self. so I go to the equipment desk, and they would not let me play soccer because soccer is only designated from 1230 to 2 or sometime around there. there was nothing scheduled for the time or the space or equipment I required. But I was not allowed to run around in an empty enclosed space if it is not designated so. Anyone tell me why I couldn't use that space and I'll let it go. any ways, I'm going climbing. ciao

Main Terminal: Info "Panzer mode"

Well same deal as last post, long post on specs skip if you are not inclinied. Once again I'll put a warning on the bottom.

Grand Arms Panzer "Panzer mode" allows for Grand Arms to be in a more stable firing position which is useful on a planet. "Panzer" is from the old German WW2 tanks which the Germans called "Panzers." I think panzer means panther in german but Par could probally tell us the answer. Anyway, while "Titan mode" is useful for close combat on a planet or in space, while on a planet alot of the weapons will cause massive planetary destruction. So "Titan mode" is only good for close in combat or for overall space combat where planetary destruction can be more easily avoided. A tank since it is closer to the ground is more stable then a bipedal mode. Therefore rough uneven terrain is more easily passable in "Panzer mode." Since the firing base is more stable the weapons can be fired with much more accuracy. Due to the lack of flight Gran Arms is therefore able to divert this power to create a more powerful defensive barrier and power other weapons. So in summary "Panzer mode" is typical of most tanks, in that it is a stable firing platform which is lower to the ground (presenting a smaller target)and able to traverse rough terrain at a good speed.

    Specifications for "Panzer mode"

    Height : roughly 10 meters
    Weight: ???
Power Generator: Cold Fusion reactor, Alpha engine, Beta Generator, Gamma Device
Armoring : Grand Armian variant Panzer
    Max Speed driving: 200 Km/hr
    Max burst drive speed: ???
Max emergency jump height: 100 meters
    Range: Unlimited
Weapons: Mega Fixer Cannon x2 (Fixed over shoulders firing arc limited but more accurate) 60 mmm eye laser x2 (Same as "Titan mode") Finger beam cannons x10 (Go into the forearms stabalising their fire, they are now fire linked and cannot be independently targeted) Giga Smashers x2 (Mounted on fore arms, more accurate) Positron Cannon (mounted in chest) Linear Guns x2 (extend out of the back, swing under arm firing mounts when fully transformed. A new weapon for Grand Arms to use, they have good range, extreme damage and are very accurate. Armor piercing capability. Like most super robot animes a new mode will reveal new weapons or capabilities,) Smoke discharger x10 ( 5 mounted on each shoulder, only available in "Panzer mode")
Secondary equipment: Panzer cloak, Burst drive, support satelite, Mega magnetic Torroid barrier
Ultimate moves: Full barrage (All weapons are rapidly fired over a large area. The area is basically saturated with a lot of firepower.) Panzer ninja disappear (Using the smoke dischargers and Panzer cloak, Grand Arms is easily able to elude detection for a while.) Gigaton Smash (Basically Grand Arms charge at his opponent and runs them over.)

    More specs for "Titan mode":

Ultimate moves: Panzer Destroying Fingers (All the beam cannon fingers combine their fire together creating a blast that could wipe out a space colony... in one shot.) Titan Fingers (The hands of Grand Arms glow with extreme power and they can then be used to grab or punch and burn through the toughest opponent. Similar to the God Gundam's finishing move off G Gundam.) Panzer Ninja Slash (Using the Panzer Blades, Panzer Cloak and Burst Drive, Grand Arms disappears and quickly slashes the opponent and reappears. Similar moves ninjas do in those silly Japanese video games)

Well that is it for now. Till next time.

Warning Grand Arms Panzer specs, skip if not interested.

Why did Dolly get voted off? I thought she was the swing vote between the "sorority girls" and the "mature women" ? As for apprentice it would of been cooler if mosaic actually pulled off that million dollar sweepstakes.
