Jarvis (and possibly another Pulp member) is appearing in the upcoming Harry Potter with Jonny and Phil of Radiohead.

actually, I was thinking more about food that time, but the drug reference still stands.
Eric, thank you so much for the Pulp song! Now I'm going to have that semi-whiny british accent singing in my head all day. I dunno, I really didn't think they were the 'one hit wonder' that everyone else makes them out to be. I kinda like Pulp. One of their other songs... though I've forgotten which one...
and a related bit of news: Pulp is no longer... if you didn't already know: from Pulp Online: "To put you straight: Pulp aren't technically splitting up, but neither are they making any plans to return to the studio for the foreseeable future." and that was 2002... Since then Jarvis has released an album on his own... but no more pulp...
aha! It's Sorted for E's and Wizz - love it!
Alright.
In the middle of the nite,
it feels alright
but then tomorrow morning.
Oh then you come down.
Just keep on moving...
everybody asks your name,
they say we're all the same
and it's "nice one", "geezer",
but that's as far as the conversation went.
I lost my friends, I dance alone,
it's 6 o'clock I wanna go home.
But it's "no way", "not today", makes you wonder what it meant.
And this hollow feeling grows and grows and grows and grows,
and you want to phone your mother and say
"Mother, I can never come home again
'cos I seem to have left an important part of my brain
somewhere, somewhere in a field in Hampshire".
Alright.
In the middle of the night
it feels alright but then tomorrow morning.
Oh then you come down.
Oh then you come down.
What if you never come down?
