I'm with Tay, I never get speeds like that. How do you guys do it? I mean, if I set port forwarding on my router to 6881, what else can I do?

On another note, I became the proud owner of a 12" iBook today. It's kind of like a cat, small, proud, and independent, while my PC is bigger, dumber, but way fucking stronger. And the iBook will get along only with a few programs out there, but the PC will work with almost everything under the sun. Actually, I could run with that cat and dog analogy for quite some time, but I won’t.

i've been downloading the Sopranos Season five at around 55 average- but i before i set the limit on my uploading, i was uploading over 80, so yeah, it happens from time to time. especially when there's a lot of seeding.

I regularly get ~150 kb/s for torrents, occasionally upwards of 250. Once I saw it going at 600. That's incredibly fast.

I've had up to 250, depending on the file, popularity, number of seeds, etc.

so I'm downloading this torrent and I'm getting upwards of 71kbps... is it just me or is that incredibly fast?? I'm pretty sure I've almost never been the recipient of that fast a download using torrents.

Awyea, I did it again. Remember how I thought I missed the final for that one class (intercultural communication)? But then it turned out it was a take-home exam and I didn't know it, AND it was already due? And remember how I handed in both the final assignment AND the take-home exam LATE? Not to mention I opted out of 20% of my marks by not doing one of the assignments... well anyway, I FINALLY got the mark back for that class and it's my highest mark for that whole semester! I don't even know how that's possible, hahahaha. Check and mate, muthafukkaz!

Sounds like the only thing I really missed out on at Coachella was Z-Trip. I've heard from a few sources now that he was fuckin fantastic. Shit man, I have an old mix tape that I made in jr. high which featured my favourite songs off Leorna Cornfeld's old CBC show and Z-Trip was smashed somewhere in-between Mansun, Lamb, and the Boredoms... but his remix of Sweet Emotion held it's own amidst those other amazing tracks. He did this crazy pitch-shift thing on the "sweeeeeeeeeet" part and it sounded so fuckin rad. I should've went to see him when he came to Edmonton a year or two ago. But I didn't really want to go by myself... it's one thing to go to a punk show by myself, but I'm no hip-hop head.

Hey, I'm no hater. I just happen to like Mcenroe and the Beastie Boys. Doesn't mean I only like white hip-hop.

BTW- do you have any Eshod Ibn Wyza traxxx??? I wanna get summa their stuff... but do they even really have an official recording out?

Arrested Development back for another season.

(Of course, the same article discusses the WB's plans to give Freddie Prinze Jr. a sitcom, so it's not all good news.)
