Fun little taylor fact: 30% of his posts contain the word "fuck" at least once, I wonder how many times total, but the search function can't do that... (something to work on paras, hint hint)
Al raises a damn point though, the only time people show up is when it involves huddling around a fucking little tv playing video games or watching some horrible piece of shit movie that some people call "entertainment." God forbid that someone would be interested in *gasp* a "good" movie. Say someone plans to go to the bar, guess what? suprise suprise, no one shows up, or maybe 2-3 others go. Why? Because they're the fucking friends who say "hey, someone's planning, I'm going!" Everyone else is like "well I'm not going cause the other people I talk to aren't going cause I'm already with them and we like leaving our friends high and dry" or "I'd rather beat on little pixies with my Level 15 Shlong of Ineptitude with +5 chance to miss" Even Taylor goes out and does shit all the time with people and he takes initiative to do something, anything! (hey, that's a taylor compliment, I must be on crack, or something better!)
My hat's off to Al because at least he's fucking trying on presenting something that EVERYONE might be interested, and that he keeps trying despite his blunt and real assessment of the situation.
Hey, I have peeves too!
Quoting others is fun and allespecially if you like disecting what other people sayonly to criticise and ridicule as you often dobut you're forgetting to correctly site your quote sourcesand that'll cost you marks

Don't know Par just felt a little bummed lately. Not like I wanted to self-sabatoge myself but when you plan stuff and no one shows you can't help but feel like no one will go. Probally a bad weekend to do something considering everyone is visting relatives and what not. I just want to hang out with you guys while the going is still good. I don't want the next time I see you guys is at someones funeral. Not like I want any of you guys to die but we only have so much time on this world and then it is gone. That AD is why I want to do something every weekend. I know it isn't possible to have something to do all the time, but I try. Yeah just a little bummed, sad thing is after about a couple weeks I'll forget this whole thing ever happened and take life for granted again. Yeah for being human.

Pam, I'll try to make it there, but what with relatives in town, it might be a challenge. Anyway, I'll make my best effort

Gah, where's Beck and Andy when you want to talk Doctor Who?? My god, the crazy first part of the finale!
I guess Al's at the movie now, but I couldn't have made it. I don't really want to go into excuses or any of that, but I might make a... uh... constructive criticism or two.
I can't speak to all ways of going about the planning of events like this, but the approach that got me the best success in gauging attendance was to call people and invite them out, especially with the short time window you had for the movie.
The other thing is just kind of a pet peeve: I'm not sure I understand the purpose of this:
I don't really expect anyone thereIf you want people to come, shouldn't you want them to come? I don't get how the self-sabotage helps matters, except to make people feel guilty for not coming. (Unless, of course, that's the point, but that's a whole other discussion.)

Well tonight I plan to see Nacho Libre.
Don't know how many of you saw it already, so I don't really expect anyone there.
Where: South Edmonton Common
When: 7:10 PM Show
Why: To see me wear a Ultimo Dragon mask? But I guess only the people in the theater will see that.

Okay I'm going down to Kinsmen pretty soon. I should be down there at around 10. So if any of you are still around, which I suspect is no one since I wasn't contacted in anyway... whats the point, I'm only documenting where I'm going to go just in case I die the authorities will have a good idea where to look for my body. I've told my parents to read this board if I don't return home at a certain time.

Happy Canada Day!
A liitle story if you will...
28 years ago my dad came over with his brother and settled in a small town called Biggar in Saskatchewan. He started in the basement of someones house with no heating in a space a little bigger then my bedroom. He only had $400 in his pocket and a small suitcase full of summer clothes. No winter clothes. It was a tough start. Now after all these years my dad owns his own buisness and lives in a large house. He also has a ungrateful, spoiled son who has too much money and time, and apparently he doesn't know what to do with it. To say the least my dad is very grateful that the country of Canada took him in and made him a citizen. He doesn't regret it one bit that he moved here. He is also grateful that this country gave his children more opprutunity then he originally had. I think this is a little something to think about today.
