As for the Monsanto information, that is incredibly good news (I just tried to spell "news" "noose" whoops), I just hope that they smarten up about the whole Percy Schmeizer issue. he stole nothing, their pollen drifted into his field and he lost his organic certification as a result. It's in the supreme court, we'd better all hope he wins or the future of farming in Canada is doomed.
hmm... toxic trees eh? Did you know they also leach tannins and formaldehyde into the water? Really, that's just what they do, and have always done. The only reason ozone from trees (and turpenes etc) are bad is because humans have pushed them to the edge and they've had to react. So... if we could control the amounts of ozone we put into the atmosphere, the little added push every once in a while by the trees wouldn't be so bad. And... the biggest point: if we could stop increasing global climate change, there would be even fewer problems. huzzah.
